2009 P47 track day car, I have designed
this one back in US, just as a study for a short wheel based car.
length of the car is 4330 mm, width 1850 mm height 1115 mm excluding air
intake 1186 mm including air intake, wheel base 2450 mm there is enough
room for inline engines, longitudinal V4, small V6 engines and also for Heartley V8 in the engine room.
P47 is fairly aero-efficient car, Base model which was intended to be a low down force setup. Lift to drag ratio of the base model is 2.081:1 (from CFD obtained data). P47 was primarily designed for the track use yet it can be converted to road legal car most of the road features of the car kept to adapt the car to road with a minimum change. P47 accommodates 78 liter fuel tank behind the driver seat.
